Hello! I'm Luiz Fernando, but most people in the design community know me as Nino.

I'm a Product Designer with over 7 years of experience creating digital products. Although I'm currently working as a Brand Designer due to an internal restructuring, my main focus and passion remain in product design and user experience.

My specialty is UI Design, but my skills also cover user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I love solving complex problems in environments that allow me to explore my abilities. I have a track record of optimizing data-driven processes, such as when I helped reduce hiring time by 12% by improving the internal systems used to manage over 3,000 employees.

In addition to my day-to-day work, I am a Community Leader of Friends of Figma Rio de Janeiro. In this role, I get to explore other skills by participating in podcasts, giving talks, and organizing trainings and events to promote accessible design for everyone.
